I work with Kenny (the Howell's oldest son) in Moorseville. We went turkey hunting over at Bluestone. We had some gobblers in close, but not close enough! However I had the privilege to meet his family Ken, Peg and Jeremy. What a wonderful bunch they are! I had the best time and will be back.

First time here. My daughter D. Huff brought me here. So nice waking up to the birds chirping. You provided all the comforts of home. Thanks you for providing this beautiful place to visit while in Hinton.Every year from now on I defiantly will be back here while visiting my sister and brother. All we need now is a vase with fresh flowers.

Ken, Jacob, Rumi (our Boston Terrier) and I have thoroughly enjoyed it here. My family lives down the road and every year I visit. I plan on coming back. It's so peaceful yet full of life! Hate to leave tomorrow and already planning our next trip! Loved meeting you and your beautiful BT's. I left some pamphlets on the area rivers hope future guests will enjoy. There's some beautiful falls in the area!

West Virginia they say is "almost heaven" and "Peg's Peak" is the nearest to home away from home. We enjoyed our stay and the kids had fun visiting the nearby attractions. Everything was swell except for the morning rains which hindered our morning walks. Surely will be back!

Aug. 13th - 15th
This was our first "solo" vacation since having our son in Jan. (meaning without extended family, just us and the kids). We had such a good time. The kids did not want to leave. Wanted to know if we could just live here! It really felt like home. Did not see any deer or wild turkey, considering though we have 4 young children , I know why!

Peg, again we enjoyed the "Peak" and things worked out well. It is the best place to stay as far as we are concerned. Everything nice and neat as usual. Thanks much and hope to see you again.

Hi Peg, What a wonderful week we have had - it is so peaceful and beautiful here! I got up early every morning just to sit out on the porch and listen to the multitude of birds (I'm an avid bird watcher). This week has been so invigorating. We traveled to Sandstone and Brooks falls, had lunch at Hailey's downtown at your recommendation, and you didn't steer us wrong. My husband visited the war and railroad museums. The rest of the time we just relaxed and enjoyed our stay. All the little special touches made us feel like we were home. Thanks again and we would like to return.
